Yancy is small enough to understand your organization and possesses an experienced management team that is dedicated to providing travelers with outstanding customer service while staying within your company's travel policy.  Our role is to ensure that the whole of your business travel operation is working effectively - from how your travelers make reservations to how travel and expenses are paid for and reported.  We will allow your company's travelers to focus on the job at hand, rather than worry about travel arrangements while making a positive impact on your company's bottom line.

Our responsibility to our customers does not end when the itinerary is sent.  Anyone who travels regularly knows that problems occur, and our team is always there to help.  We are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week.  From major flight cancellations to weather delays, your traveler is never alone.  We take responsibility for our customers until they arrive home safely.   

 

Our History

Rick McGee founded Yancy Professional Travel in 1995.  As an entrepreneur who traveled regularly for business and pleasure, he found that travel agencies no longer provided the service that he and others needed to be efficient.

Yancy started with one small but expanding customer in southern Indiana.  One decade later, the staff at Yancy Professional Travel provides over two thousand travelers with outstanding service and efficiency.  We partner with Concur to enhance our ability to bring efficiencies to your company's accounting department as well.
